Farm to Table Wine Dinner

March's theme will be "Mac Madness" and will feature Mac and Cheese goodness and Smoked Pork varieties from our friends at Roots Restaurant in Almont.

Menu: Homemade Corn Bread
Grilled Peach and Spinach Salad (Grilled Peaches, Mixed Greens, Pecans, Bacon, Smoked Onion Vinaigrette)
Pork & Apple Slaw (Pulled Pork, Apple Coleslaw, Roasted Redskin Potatoes)
Burnt Ends with Mac & Cheese (Double smoked brisket, House made Mac & Cheese)
Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese with Candied Bacon
Dessert of warm Westview Apple Pie

Dinner is by reservation only and can be made thru Eventbrite or by calling the farm at 586-752-3123 with a credit card. Reservation is confirmed once payment is received.
