YOUTH- Special Needs

Arrival times are 9am, 9:30am, 10am, and 10:30am
$7 per student (pre-school ages included)
25 students minimum (required)

1 teacher/school faculty member per 10 students is required & admitted free

Anyone that is not a student or school faculty is $12

The ENTIRE group is required to arrive, play and depart together.

*If you have a group of 250+ students, please contact us at 432-687-6293 to set up a private weekday Monday-Wednesday. (*You will be responsible for paying for 85% of your total reservation.)

*If you are with an adult care or special needs facility, please reserve under the Public & Private School link.

*ALL reservations are date & time specific, so please arrive at your scheduled time.

*IF you need to cancel, please do so 14 days prior to your scheduled date so that other schools have adequate time to make plans to attend in your spot. (*We will charge ALL late cancellations 50% of the total to the card on file.)

*If your group is Pre-K or Pre-Schools, please make sure to select the ORANGE dates. We require 10 students minimum…1 teacher per 5 students are FREE.

*If your group is Special Needs, please look for the BLUE dates on the calendar. We have a handful of dates to choose from for YOUTH or ADULT…please make sure to select the correct type of day.

AS OF JANUARY 2022, SIBLINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNLESS THEY ARE A REGISTERED STUDENT ON THE FIELD TRIP. ALSO, PARENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW THEIR VISITOR BADGE PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL OFFICE. IF A PARENT WITHOUT A BADGE OR A PARENT WITH A SIBLING ARRIVE, THEY WILL BE TURNED AWAY AT THE ADMISSIONS WINDOWS. FIELD TRIP DAYS ARE RESERVED FOR THE STUDENTS AND TEACHERS

WE WILL ARRIVE, LEARN, PLAY AND DEPART THE FARM TOGETHER. IF WE WANDER, WE UNDERSTAND THAT WE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
 
IF STUDENTS ARE SIGEND OUT FROM THE TEACHER/SCHOOL, THEY MUST LEAVE THE FARM...THEY CAN NOT STAY TO PLAY ON THEIR OWN.
 
I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AN AGRITOURISM ENTITY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY TO OR DEATH OF AN AGRITOURISM PARTICIPANT RESULTING FROM AGRITOURISM ACTIVITIES. I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE ACCEPTED ALL RISK OF INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND OTHER LOSS THAT MAY RESULT FROM AGRITOURISM ACTIVITIES.
